ElleAnna is a 22-year-old Detroit-based performer and choreographer. A recent graduate from the University of Michigan, she received a joint degree in Dance and Communication & Media Studies.

Inspired by the rise of tech in artistic spaces, specifically Screendance, ElleAnna’s media background informs her belief in the power of collective healing through the arts. She believes that communication through artistic expression is the most powerful tool to advocate for resolutions in global, societal, communal, and personal divergences. She intends to intersect her two passions through marketing and creative direction as well.

She has trained with Wideman-Davis Dance, Batsheva’s Breeanna O’Mara, Marcat Dance’s Mario Bermudez Gill and Catherine Coury, Complexions Detroit, and more.

Additionally, ElleAnna serves as the Director of Programming for We Are Queens, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on empowering college-aged dancers towards sustainable trajectories through community-building, leadership training, and professional development.
